Winter Warm-Up: Building Heat and Strength in Your Vinyasa Practice
In this 1 hour and 45 minute Vinyasa class, Jen will guide you through a strong breath-centered asana and pranayama practice, warming the body from the inside out. The class will focus on connecting with mid-body stability and strength in order to find more control and balance as you transition from posture to posture and find each pose's full expression. The practice will be challenging but safe, encouraging mindful, intentional movement that honors your body’s own wisdom.
